4. Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are processed based on the information provided by the sender. DirectRoute Express is not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate details, customs procedures, natural disasters, or third-party carrier issues.
5. Fees & Payments
All shipping charges, surcharges, customs duties, and taxes (if applicable) must be paid prior to dispatch. Payment confirms the customer’s acceptance of all service terms and delivery timelines.
6. Refund Policy
All refundable fees shall be reimbursed under the following conditions:
- When a scheduled delivery is canceled before dispatch.
- When a package has successfully arrived at its destination and a refund was contractually applicable (e.g., deposit or security fees).
Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 7–14 business days after eligibility is confirmed. Non-refundable fees include completed transportation costs, customs fees, or penalties caused by incorrect recipient information.
7. Package Ownership & Liability
All shipped items remain the sender’s property until delivered. DirectRoute Express assumes responsibility only for the physical handling of packages while in its custody. We are not liable for loss or damage due to improper packaging, prohibited goods, or force-majeure events.
8. Prohibited Items
Customers must not ship hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable food, weapons, or any restricted goods as defined by international shipping laws. Violations may result in shipment seizure or legal action.
9. Tracking & Notifications
Our tracking system provides real-time updates on package status. However, data delays may occur due to network issues or third-party carrier synchronization. Customers should rely on official notifications as the most accurate status source.
10. Cancellation Policy
Deliveries may be canceled before shipment departure. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to administrative and handling deductions. Any refundable balance will be issued after confirmation as stated in Section 6.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
DirectRoute Express values your privacy. Personal data collected during order placement, payment, or tracking is used solely for service delivery and never shared with unauthorized third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DirectRoute Express be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipment delays, loss, or misdelivery beyond the insured value of the package.
